Our custom printed ribbons are produced using Premium Satin Supreme Ribbon, known for its beautiful sheen, crisp body, and excellent print quality.

To ensure your order ships as quickly as possible, we may occasionally substitute McGinley Mills Satin Acetate Ribbon if your selected Satin Supreme ribbon color is temporarily out of stock. Both are premium-quality acetate satin ribbons with a similar finish and are carefully selected to provide a beautiful, professional result.

Ribbon Widths

Please note that ribbon widths may vary slightly by manufacturer:

• #9 Ribbon: Approximately 1⅜ in. or 1⁵⁄₁₆ in. wide

• #16 Ribbon: Approximately 1⅞ in. or 2 in. wide

These slight variations are standard within the ribbon industry and do not affect the overall appearance or quality of your finished ribbon.

Production Time

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks, or as otherwise posted on the homepage of our website. During peak seasons, the turnaround time displayed on our homepage will always reflect our current production schedule.

What to Expect

• Ribbon colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing dye lots.

• If you're trying to match a specific school or brand color, please contact us before placing your order—we're happy to help!

• Because ribbon is printed in continuous runs, there may occasionally be a small break or interruption in the print. We make every effort to minimize these occurrences, and any breaks are kept to an absolute minimum.

• Every ribbon is custom printed to order. Slight variations in print placement and alignment are normal and are part of the custom printing process.
